There are many ways to utilise spaces. And there are also many ways to make use of a signboard!
Actually, these are very smart "food" people. You see folks, when they hang out the chicken to dry, not only is the chicken when fried is crispy, those driving by will take a glance and their tastebuds tempted to give the chicken a try or rather a bite!
So for both you and I its a "win win" situation in the end.
Poor chickens, left out to dry in the sun.
