How can we ever avoid this? Is the world moving too fast for most of us?

Or is it OUR OWN DOING.

What are the counter measures to be taken to ensure this do not affect us in the end?
Is their Government of the day not batting an eyelid when knowing these conditions, too busy looking after their ownselves and neglecting the affairs of their own people??
